The industry figure observed it has become a lot easier to offload a dwelling in recent times, with a buoyant market and simple mortgages offering a better platform for individuals to attract purchasers.
Mr Shipside stated: “It’s really about thinking about what sort of properties are selling, what’s the demand for them and what competition there is.”
Giving some consideration to these factors will therefore enable people to get a better idea on how competitive they need to be regarding price, as well as how well-finished the abode should look.
